You will need to use your Singpass to log in to OurSG Grants portal.

If you are applying for grants as an organisation, your organisation's Corppass Administrator will have to create a Corppass account for you and assign you the appropriate OurSG Grants portal role(s), so that you can access the OurSG Grants portal.

If your organisation does not have a Corppass administrator, find out how to appoint one here. The Digital Service Name for this portal is "Grant application via OurSg Grants portal".

    3.
What are the Preparer, Submitter and Acceptor roles on the OurSG Grants portal?
If you are applying for grants as an organisation, the OurSG Grants portal has three roles - Preparer, Submitter and Acceptor - with different responsibilities and permissions, to help your organisation better manage the information different members of your team can access and the actions they can perform.

The roles are linked to unique Corppass accounts and are managed by your organisation. Your Corppass administrator can create accounts for team members who manage grants and assign the right role, with the right permissions, to the right people. The Digital Service Name in Corppass Administration is "Grant application via OurSg Grants portal". Your Corppass administrator will also be able to edit these roles as necessary.

What you can do with each role:

    Preparer
Preparers can view, create and edit all the organisation's grant applications, reports, claims.
Preparers can also view the organisation's profile i.e. organisation name, address, formation date, past work/achievements, management profile, staff profile, bank details, financial statements and any other information about the organisation that is required for grant application.

This role should be assigned to employees who are involved in the preparation of grant-related documents and/or who need to monitor or report on grant information.

    Submitter
Submitters have all the rights that Preparers have.
In addition, they can submit all the organisation's grant applications reports and claims and withdraw an application or grant.

This role should be assigned to employees overseeing the project, acting as the point of contact for the grant and with the authority to make declarations on behalf of the organisation.

    Acceptor
Acceptors have all the rights that Submitters have.
In addition, only Acceptors can accept the Letter Of Award.

This role should be assigned to the organisation's highest authority such as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director, President, or a person authorised by the highest authority.
