    Submit A Claim

    When do I have to submit my claim?

    The dates for claim submissions vary from project to project. Refer to the Letter Of Award (LOA) for a detailed timeline of what deliverables you need to submit and when you will need to submit them.

    How do I submit a claim?

    1. Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.
    2. Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.
    3. Click on a grant to view more information.
    4. Navigate to the Claims card and click “Create New Claim”.

    Where can I find more information about my claims?

    You can find more information about your claims in your Letter Of Award (LOA).

    What documents do I have to submit?

    Documents for claim submissions vary from project to project. You may need to submit claim documents along with any project deliverables as specified in the Letter of Award (LOA). You can download the necessary documents from the claim submission page.

    How do I find the claim documents?

    1. Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.
    2. Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.
    3. Click on a grant to view more information.
    4. Navigate to the Claims card and click “Create New Claim” to start a new claim.
    5. Download the documents needed for your claim

    Why can’t I click the submit claim button?

    If the “Create New Claim” button is deactivated, it could mean that there are other actions you must complete before you are able to submit your claim. To find what actions you must take, follow these steps:

     

    1. Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.
    2. Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.
    3. Click on a grant to view more information.
    4. Navigate to the Status card.
    5. Check the Status card for more information on actions required.

    I saved a draft of my claim, where do I find it now?

    1. Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.
    2. Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.
    3. Click on a grant to view more information.
    4. Navigate to the Status card, which should read “Claim Draft Created” and click on “Edit Draft”.

    How do I view the status of my claim?

    1. Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.
    2. Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.
    3. Click on a grant to view more information. Each grant has a summary page with all the information related to it. Contact details of the grant processing agency can be found on this page.

    Who can I contact to check the status of my claim?

    1.              Log in to the OurSG Grants portal.

    2.              Navigate to Grants to view all your grants.

    3.              Click on a grant to view more information. Each grant has a summary page with all the information related to it. Contact details of the grant processing agency can be found on this page.

    Why can’t I create a new claim?
    There may be pending actions that you need to complete before you can create a claim. For instance, if you have recently updated changes to your project, you will need to acknowledge the outcome you have received from your grant officer. On the response from your grant officer, click the checkbox to acknowledge the decision and then submit your response.
